| Prairie Bluets is a delicate perennial that can reach a height of 2 to 20 inches. It can be found growing in sandy or calcareous soils of the Edwards Plateau and South Texas Plains. The leaves are very narrow, thread-like and are 3/8 to 1 5/8 inches in length. The four-lobed flower is pink, purplish or white in color and is about 3/8 inch in length. Prairie Bluets bloom from April to November. | |
