| Hedge-Parsley is an upright annual plant that grows 6-18 inches tall. The white flowers are found in compound umbels 1/2 to 1 inch wide and the seed heads contain coarse bristles with hooks. Short, stiff hairs cover the pinnately divided leaves that reach 2-5 inches in length. Hegde-Parsley grows in most soil types of the Edwards Plateau region. It blooms from April to July. | |
