| Gray Vervain is an annual plant that grows 3-15 inches tall and is covered with short spreading hairs that give the plant its grayish tint. The purple flowers are small and are arranged in spikes that are 3-6 inches long. The leaves reach 3/8- 1 1/2 inches in length and are rough to the touch. Gray Vervain is found in both the South Texas Plains and the Edwards Plateau regions and blooms from April to October. | |
